Tana WD-59A Caisson Deck and Helideck
This 2 level caisson deck and helideck the was refurbished for the Tana Exploration Company, LLC for the WD-59A project. AMC’s scope of work for the deck included the structural fabrication and assembly of both deck and helideck, installation of all process equipment, fabrication and installation of interconnect piping, testing and commissioning, loadout and seafastening of the deck. The deck includes Test Separator, Instrument Gas Skid, Vent Scrubber, Platform Crane, and Chemical Injection Skid.
EPL WD-29J Tripod Platform
This Tripod Platform has a 43' water depth and was refurbished for EPL for the WD-29J project. AMC’s scope of work for the deck included the structural fabrication of new jacket and piles, installation of all process equipment, refurbishment of both deck and helideck, deck modifications to accommodate 6 well slots, loadout and seafastening of the deck. The deck includes Test Separator, Well Manifold, Fuel Gas Skid, Sump Tank, Interconnect Piping, and Chemical Injection Skid.
Contango ST-17 #1
Fabrication of new caisson deck (30 short tons) and helideck (18 short tons) for the Contango ST-17 project. AMC’s scope of work for the deck included the structural fabrication of new deck and helideck, installation of all process equipment and interconnect piping, loadout and seafastening of the deck.
Williams Gulfstar 1 Project
This 4 pile deck will be placed on a Spar in 4,300 feet of water. This is the first Spar-based Floating Production System (FPS) being built entirely with major components in the United States. The Teporary Work Deck (TWD) is a 4-legged structure that measures 90'wide x 120'long and is an estimate of 1,500 tons. It includes a heliport, utility piping, electrical receptacles, lighting and a hydraulic pedestal-mounted deck crane. At the center of the work deck there is a 30' x 30' area that consists of four (4), separate 15' x 15' removable hatches. the TWD will be installed on top of the GS1 Spar after unpending operations and used to facilitate installation of the mooring lines, production/export risers and minimal in-hull hool-up operations. AMC's scope of work for the GS1 includes the fabrication, weighing, seafastening, loadout and tie-down of the TWD.
Petronas D21/IEV-EPC Project
Allison Marine has provided engineering, project management, procurement, quality control and construction for a 166' water depth 4-Pile platform consisting of a refurbished production deck, piles and new build jacket. The deck consisted of an approximate 500 ton 4-Pile capable of accommodating up to 6 wells, manifold, test separator, pig launcher, instrumentation and electrical including MCC and gen sets, chemical injection skid, portable water system, pedestal crane and sump. The scope of work has included transportation to Malaysia and installation of a 13 km 10" pipeline.
Arena VR 342
Allison Marine has provided engineering, project management, procurement, quality control and construction for a 221' water depth 3-Pile platform consisting of a refurbished deck, piles and jacket. The deck consisted of an approximate 200 ton 3-Pile capable of accommodating up to 6 wells, manifold, test separator, instrumentation and electrical, pedestal crane and sump. The scope of work has included load out and seafastening, transportation to VR 342, installation of a pipeline and installation of the jacket, piles and deck.
Century BS 51
Allison Marine transported a 200 ton, client provided, 6-Pile deck to Amelia. The deck was offloaded and 250 tons of new deck extensions and deck stiffening were added to the platform. Allison Marine also provided 10,000 BOPD process skids along with Interconnect piping (ICP). All of the deck and added equipment was blasted and painted. 2000' of used piles were provided. The deck and piles were then loaded out and seafastened. All of the loose process equipment was shipped by boat. The Allison Marine Project Management team planned with assisted with installation of the deck. 35 persons were provided by Allison Marine to place all the equipment on the deck, secure equipment and install ICP. This project was completed in June of 2012.
